Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Naba Digital Solutions.

Because we provide custom digital services, including website design, ecommerce development, branding, digital marketing, business automation, real estate marketing, and trademark administrative support, our refund policy differs from that of businesses selling physical products.

1. Custom Digital Services

All services provided by Naba Digital Solutions are customized to each client's specific requirements. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in your project.

2. Deposits

Any deposit paid to begin a project reserves production time and is non-refundable after work has commenced.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before work begins. If no work has started, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting any applicable payment processing or administrative fees.

If work has already begun, refunds will be considered only for the unfinished portion of the project, at our sole discretion.

4. Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable files, graphics, logos, templates, and other digital assets are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Client Delays

If a project is delayed because required information, content, approvals, or feedback are not provided by the client, the project timeline may be extended without creating any obligation for a refund.

7. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Naba Digital Solutions before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can work together toward a fair resolution.
